Request for Assistance for Currently Enrolled Students

Our Request for Assistance Form is designed to help currently enrolled students receive timely support when concerns arise—academically, socially, emotionally, or at home. Students, parents, or caregivers may submit this form to notify our school team of areas where additional assistance may be helpful.

Once submitted, a member of our school team will review the request and follow up within three school days. This process allows us to better understand each student’s strengths, needs, and any strategies already in place so we can respond thoughtfully and effectively.

If you have an urgent concern, please contact the school’s front office directly or call 911 in the case of an emergency.
